It's been 3 weeks since I last posted my weight so I didn't make my 1 pound a week goal. But since a 5 day vacation happened during the 2nd week I don't feel bad. Especially since I actually stepped on the scale a couple days after getting home and I was up 3 pounds! That got me motivated to get rid of my vacation mindset about eating. It's raining right now and I'm drinking my first cup of coffee. Will toast 1/4 bagel in a little while. Oatmeal with lots of cinnamon, a sliced banana and chopped walnuts will be my main meal today.
