I'm trying something for a week... I had hubs hide the scale for a week. I can't seem to stay off it every morning, so he will bring it out again next Tuesday. Hopefully, it will free me from obsessing so I can just focus on healthy eating, sticking to my plan. Wish me luck! :)

LOL.. I know what you mean about jumping on the scale all the time. I'm trying not to get on ours all the time too.

We had a challenge here a while back where we couldn't weigh ourselves for a month. A tough thing to do. But it seemed to pay off at the end of the month.
