It went from being in the 90's and sunny to 60's and rainy today. I'm glad for some Fall weather finally, but tomorrow morning my daughter and I are going to a craft fair and there will be some walking outside, so I hope it's dried up by then.
Today after work I'm going to pick up a fruit and veggie basket I ordered. I'm always excited to see what we get. I ordered a bunch of strawberries to make some jelly/jam with and will freeze some berries too. I haven't made jelly myself before, I've only helped my mom, so we'll see how it turns out. I found a low sugar recipe too, so hopefully it's good. My daughter is excited to help and I told her once it's set we'll make some fresh bread to go with it. Yum!
I have only gotten workouts in the last 2 days, and today and tomorrow I may not get a workout in. I didn't get up this morning, after work will be hectic and if it's still raining this evening there won't even be a walk, and I have to get a test done tonight. Tomorrow will be a full day starting with the craft fair, family coming over, and making jelly and freezing strawberries. So, hopefully I'll be able to stick to my eating plan and that will help keep the gains away.
