First car driving and Parkrunning in a month. 2 weeks post-surgery and the wrist held up well. Was hoping for less than 30 minutes and did 27.43 taking it very easy, which was great. Need to start calorie counting again-only 3 weeks 'til the Melbourne half-marathon; not sure if I am going to be ready after no exercise for a month.
