I know its been a long time since i've been on here and I really have missed this place. I've been having a lot of health issues going on. What's funny is that I'm the same weight as I was the last time i was on here. I'm still going up And down though. I did start the food journal, but I didn't keep it up to date. I want to start it again. I am so happy that my buddies on here,didn't delete me.
