I confess, I fully expect the scale to go up when I see it tomorrow. Hubby has been home the past week and on vacation. Today, I'm back into my routine and religiously back on my diet. Not that I've been OFF my diet, just not tracking things as well as I should.

I was on vaca last week and put on a few pounds and didn't weigh in. Went two days really focusing on my diet. Weighed in this morning and I am back to my weight before I started vaca. Back to tracking.
