Been hitting my recent made goal for 7k steps a day. Week days are a breeze bc of the physical aspect. Weekends need a bit more effort so that’s where my focus is going. I’m down in weight these days only bc I don’t have or make enough time to eat properly. That needs to change. I haven’t been to the gym or rode my bike all year and that is a shame. Im super exhausted with my line of work that weekends are used to rest and recover. Anyway, I’m not on here much anymore. I wanted to check in make note of these changes.
