hey good morning sir i would like to know how dd u lose 10kg in less then a month thts alota weight . 

@Toufee - firstly u need to have alot of body fat to start with which I do. So to make a fair comparison, my 10kg loss in a month is equivalent to somebody with lesser body fat losing 5kg in a month. We must never compare results of others to our own and be disappointed about it. Whenever I go offplan and get back, I shed alot of water weight in my 1st month due to body fat cells all holding water in them. As my body gets into fat burning state due to my lesser calorie intake, it starts to shed the water from the fat cells. This water weight makes up a part of the weight I've lost and it is not 10kg of fat lost. My average weekly loss will settle to 0.4kg to 0.7kg a week once my body gets rid of the water it is holding in the fat cells. Before lockdown I managed to drop from 134kg to 89.something. Put it all back over the years since then. Read up on fasting protocols such as 4:3 fast diet, Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling, etc. Combining these 3 methods has helped me alot ;)  

Need to slow down on weight loss as bad as this sounds to prevent saggy skin - I literally just poke to a plastic surgeon about this last week - he said you should not loose more than 0.5kg per week
