Today I cleared the closet and boxed up my size 22-24's & 18-20's. I tried each outfit on and felt pleased that they were too big. I had to keep telling myself that I do not need to save them "just-in-case-i-gain-it-back". I do not ever want to wear those sizes again. So, now I have a lot of empty hangers!
