Anyone freak out at first at the thought of consuming 2,000 calories. I'm trusting the process

1,200 that's what my fitness pal has told me for years

And at 1.2k your weight still was not where you wanted it to be?

Well I was 295 pounds at one point in my life so yeah it has worked but now it isn't so it's time to change it up

I would gain on 2000 calories a day. To lose 1 pound a week, I consume 1200 calories daily and work out 35-60 minutes daily.
