Journal de Big Boy Optimus, 30 sept. 15

This past week has been high in carbs on my Non-Fast Days and I only did 2 fast days. I am expecting a weight gain tomorrow in my weigh-in as I did consume lots of food in this past week.

Hopefully it won't be too much weight gain as I did go to gym twice this week to use up calories so that might offset it slightly.

When you eat too many carbs and salt you can stay in the gym for 3 hours and still you wouldn't be able to see a big loss because your body holds on to water to process carbs and salt just binds water. Only when you have a few good, healthy eating days will you be able to drop the water weight. Have a nice day.
