Breakfast: • Chobani Greek yogurt (coconut) • 1 small banana • 1 cup of coffee (with cashew milk and raw sugar)
Supplements: • 2 vitamin C • 1 zinc
Lunch: • beef stir fry and rice noodles (leftovers from last night)
Dinner: • cheese ravioli, pesto, rotisserie chicken (all from the Walmart deli) • Green Giant lightly sauced broccoli, 1/2 package
