It’s easy when trying to be healthy to get caught up in numbers. Calories, macros, weight, bmi, fat percentage,hours fasted, and on and on and on.

381! That number is the one that matters to me.
381! Looking at my mood journal that is how many days since my last depression. That is the longest since at least my teens. Nov 17th 2022.
And that one was only 4 days.

Work is very stressful. Family issues that are actually being played out in court. Money stresses. These stresses would have crush me in the past.

I firmly believe that my W.O.E has given me the ability to be stable even when events around me are not stable

I have been home for 4 weeks now but the break is over. Leaving for Phoenix tomorrow. Then it’s pompano beach, Austin, Phoenix, Orlando. Not bad places to work in the winter, lol. Year end is coming and audits in between the travel and new building set ups will make things even more challenging but I got this. 4 months away from 60 and feel better than I ever have.

Thank you Zenus. Mostly plant based almost vegan. We don’t eat out or buy processed foods. Meat maybe once a week if she makes me :-). Tons of veggies, fruit, beans, lentils, soups. Just having lots of fun experimenting.

Hmmm... whole food meat based ketovore did the same for me. So, from our combined experiments, we can possibly arrive at the theory that processed food is likely the culprit that effects many.
