My 1st day at the YWCA Water Aerobics awsome over did but felt like wet noodle but totally invigorated. This is the only way to do exerrcise or yoga ect. I barly made it up the stairs. But the drive home was so peaceful and I felt like I was finally quite enough for GOD to speak in that still quiet voice of his and I was at peace. A great day. Same to you all. Amen Shalom. Ill be off this walker sooner than I thought I know it.

I know how you feel! I feel wiped out after water aerobics but it's a good feeling. I'm trying to get back on track with my classes. Keep up the great work!
