I've been maintaining weight loss on an average of 1,000 ckals / day. I wanted to fast to rest my gut while I recover from a respiratory virus by just drinking water, tea, and bone broth, but I eventually get so HUNGRY from the gut, not just cravings! So I give in while focusing on getting fluid, vegetables, and protein in. Carbs and fats find their way into my diet on their own. 😄
