I did get out for a walk at the end of the day and it was immediately apparent to me that I hadn't done it in a LONG time. I ended up doing 30 minutes instead of the hour I thought I'd do, but at least I got out there. I'll try upping it throughout the week and as time goes. I have a Breast Cancer walk the 24th for work so I'd like to be able to keep up without huffing and puffing. Have a good night...
