2 down (Tuesday) 3 more to go. Doing a trial run of a 1500 calorie a day diet Mon-Fri. So far no mood swings or going to sleep hungry. Spreading out the meals/snacks through the day. I also ended up with 10k steps for the day and did a 30min dumbbell routine. Starting slow so I can get the body use to the changes.

Zig Zagging is an option when you have plateau when it comes to weight loss. Don’t get discourage, keep trying, stay motivated. Let me know how is going for you all. Blessings!
