Good morning!

This week I wanted to see if I could do a 1500 calorie per day diet just to see how my body would react. So far I have been pretty crafty splitting those 1500 in 5 small meals and I have not experience hunger or mood swings because of the hunger. Also incorporated a small 45 min dumbell routine plus the regular 2 mile walk in the afternoon and so far body is adjusting. Hopefully I will be able to stick with this diet and lose the few lbs I have left before reaching my 200lbs or less goal by May 2024. Have a good weekend everyone and stay motivated!
