OH MY GOLLY GOSH!!!

It's been 6 weeks since my last sugar injection. I have been so disciplined and deprived.

Get to work this morning - and there were doughnuts and milk tart. I attacked it like a savage!!

For weeks I've been craving chocolate and sugar. Think I got that out the system now - oh the shame of endless hours of sweat producing exercises to burn these calories!

My time of weakness - going to blame this on exam stress!

Oh, I can completely relate! The cleaner just emptied my bin, else I would have taken a photo to show you the toffee papers! But, you do know that you have worked hard enough that your body probably used every piece of that without a thought, and as long as you don't make a habit of it, you will survive this!
