Just finished a 2 mile walk, was able to stick to the 1500/1600 calorie diet. Incorporated more dumbbell training, plus the walk. Trying to also be over 100g of of protein intake per day. Lost 1lb this week, was hoping for 2 but ill take it. Lil by lil right?!
