Got weighed at the Dr's today. No change for the last 2 weeks. That's a suprise - I've been feeling really down and eating things I shouldn't. However, coming out of the Dr's and finding out I hadn't gained weight actually gave me a bit of boost. I've got loads to lose and I want to do it. I've ordered my pedometer and will now start to record my steps per day. I'm still waiting for an MRI on my knee so most exercise is out of the question for now but I can manage gentle day to day walking. Nothing off road yet or long distance.
