Day 18 of 28 Day IF challenge and still going strong. I feel very motivated because work started and it's keeping me busy. Today is my 50th birthday and I will continue with the challenge with a longer eating window. Family is spoiling me to make this day special 💓. This must become a lifestyle in order to stay healthy.
