Today was the big PERMISSION DAY. I chose to eat everything that I have been wanting that is not on the menu....and today ONLY! I ate japanese ice-cream crepe, red-thai curry coconut-pineapple sauce on mussels, popcorn, and fresh picked peaches & cream w/sugar along with my usual healthy choices. Yes...150+ CARBS for the day. OMG imagine if I ate like that everyday...like I used to. I was out on the town (San Francisco) and decided to just do it. I feel good about my choice and I am ready to resume my weight loss goal tomorrow (back to 20-30 carbs a day.) The cheater food was good, but not as good as I thought it would! So, I think overcoming cravings will be easier in the future months....no big deal to fulfill them. They aren't all they're craked up to be....except for maybe the curry sauce. Does anyone have a recipe for Atkins friendly red-thai-curry?

Funny how those old foods don't taste nearly as good as we remember them is'nt it. :)
