Hello everybody,

Lately I've been very tired and lacking motivation to workout and make healthy food choices. It doesn't help that the cold weather has been aggravating some of my old injuries. Today I forced myself to go to the gym...partly because I had a workout date with one of my friends and didn't want to bail on her lol...Anywhoo I must say not only did I kick my own ass, but I also kicked my friends ass!!! Today"s workout consisted of lower body strength training, Morelli's HIIT max, and abs. I burned 432 kcal in 70 mins.

Good for you, I play Golf four days a week during the Summer, but with the cold weather coming, I will have to force myself to go to the gym. Hopefully, it will become a habit.
