so hard sometimes. to be expected if I'm going to do this forever. ups and downs of motivation will come. feel like absolute crap right now. headache, mucus, weak, a bit chilled at times, overslept. maybe I'm sick. maybe without this time off I'd be really sick. just take it all in stride. can't assume my body is adjusting to new weight because I've been overeating like every day. hard to keep right motivation. felt weak the other day to. ate raisins. felt better.
