I went for a walk tonight, you would think I would make time to do this at least once a day. I feel so much better when I do get up and get moving!! If I come home and plop in the chair after work, I fall asleep and wake up feeling like crap. But if I actually make myself go for a walk I will stay up and moving, I get more done when I take the time to exercise..... n people say they have no time to exercise and when I do it seems like I gain time, I can actually stay awake and get things done!!
