Went to the gym yesterday - and waaaay over did it. I can barely walk. I really didnt think that I was being dumb but I guess I was. I also didnt realize that one leg is so much stronger than the other, thank god I have one that still works. I think it was the split squats that got me.
I wanted to weigh in today, but I overslept and had to take my kid to school. I also didnt check my blood sugar. Im such a mess today. It can only get better though!
