I don't know what happened...but 3 days ago I was 182 and now I'm 188...I'm a bit confused...I did cheat this weekend, but, would it really cause me to gain 6 lbs? That seems a bit extreme to me...well now I have decided...no more cheat days...I HAVE to do this if I want to lose weight....but now I'm discouraged...very discouraged but motivated at the same time...how did I gain 6 lbs in 2 days?!

its different for everybody... but yeah thats what sucks about cheating is that you never know how much u will gain
