Nothing much changed...embarrassing to say the least.....

I fell off the wagon very badly, been going through a lot emotional...started therapy last week and I think it's dug up a lot of old issues and it resulted in several binges... 🙃

I have 6 weeks before my fiance and I go on a family cruise and I had bought the most beautiful outfits to wear...

Seriously need to tighten the reigns... I know what to do...I just need to do it...

Hopefully check-ins in 2 weeks won't be such a sombre affair...

Hopeful to share some good news in 2 weeks 🤞
