You be alright just give it some time. Finished my second 1.5 mile walk, up too 3 miles for now. Will do another in a little bit. Won’t get 8.7 miles today like yesterday but will do 5-6 before finishing out the day@ about 1200 active calories down again.

I, too, was sick and it included a nasty cough. I was sick for 2 weeks. Got better just in time for our 3rd grade 1950s rock concert 🎶 this past Thursday night.
As their music teacher, I’m exposed to “Cooties” every day. LOL (800 kids weekly). Right now, strep, flu, Covid, and the common cold are making its rounds at school. 🙄 I tested negative for strep though. 🤷🏼♀️
Glad you are well enough to go on your runs!! That’s a sign you are recovering.
I’ve been walking consistently. (An 1.5 worth’s today) My kettle bell WO is tomorrow.

I’m 51 now and it’s not like it used to be😅! Lol 😂
It’s more about enjoying the time And feeling good. I also find that I enjoy exercising much much more with others. Do you find that much more motivating? 😁😉
