Gained a couple of pounds. I had pizza last Friday but can't believe that's still hanging on! Exercised all weekend. Couldn't do my spin classes because of some conflicts. But still got my weight training done and had some intense walks with hills, etc. So this extra weight should not be there now!! Frustrating!!

I know how you feel. When I get frustrated at the scale, I focus on the progress and pattern of weight loss with the understanding that I am doing the steps to get where I want to in my weight. The scale is a bugger. You are making progress and you will meet your goal.
