for the last couple of days I felt my motivation waning and my hunger going up until last night I caved and had enough chocolate and sweets to bring my weekly calories up to maintenance and I don't want that. so today I decided to add 100 calories daily for the next two weeks and see how that goes. also increasing protein as I felt for a while it was low but thought it would be ok

We all fall off the wagon sometimes, but its all part of the journey...getting back on track is what matters. Goodluck tweeking your diet until you find the correct ratio that will work for you.
