Don't know about you, but I get sick of lettuce. Chicken curry salad is a go to for me. Chicken breast, granny smith (sometimes craisins or grapes), celery, mayo and curry seasoning. 1/2 celery and 1/2 granny smith in the bowl, the other for garnish. Makes me happy, what can I say?!
