Now I have truly proofed to myself that by eating not regularly and eating frikkin bread and cake and custard is definitely the bad boy for me as diabetic and CKD patient. I had the week from hell. Worked my ass of in my house, cleaning and repacking everything, but stil gained a full kilogram. I am so tired, so tired.
