I did very badly over this weekend. It felt like I was constantly snacking.
My wife and a friend were making cookies, candied apples, chocolate covered marshmallows, etc... and I couldn't seem to keep myself away from the cookie dough.
I can't really explain Sunday, except I think I blew a circuit or something in my brain.
I gained 3.5 lbs over the weekend. yowza. I know I can lose it, but I don't like going backwards.
