I had not had time to updtae you guys in the past days but progress and feeling goosd continued with the usual work out and a long hike over the weekend kept my food intake as usual and minimum three liters of water each day. hoping for 84kg next week and ofcourse i am pushing hard and founf that i am getting fitter things that were dificult seem easier. i have more endurence especialy when playing soccer. lookinf forward to reaching new hights
