I’m feeling a bit stuck at this weight. I am able to maintain with sticking to 80% my eating plan & 20% not. But I’m keen to get into the 86s. My thyroid is quite stable so I’m going to have a bit of an ‘April challenge’ for myself.
✔️try out CrossFit on Saturdays ✔️check my ketosis strips each day ✔️exercise 3x during the week Mon-Fri ✔️keep carbs under 40-50g daily
I’m also sick of pilchards 😅 so I have made myself a pork & veg curry for lunches this week and I’ll make something similar for next week. Breakfast is still eggs & veggies or coconut porridge and I have made one of my flax seed loaves.
