✔️food goals met
✔️ did a 3.5km exercise walk
✔️back in Ketosis- all cravings gone.

When I read up about weight loss injections- really seem to be taking the USA by storm 😅 opinions aside, one of the things I read a lot is people saying it silences ‘food noise’ which I take the be the consistent pull/thoughts of eating? I would say, to/for me that’s linked to carbs. If I eat carbs, I feel hungry all the time and crave food especially crave sweet things. I can just eat 2 salticrax…

I see immediately when I’m back in ketosis- which was this afternoon. I really do find food doesn’t have the same pull anymore.
