✔️goals met ✔️did a 3km beach walk & 9 mins ab exercises ✔️ketosis
I was incredibly hungry all day! I spent time reading up about Leptin & ghrelin the hunger hormones to help myself not just eat because I felt hungry. It’s interesting how strong the craving to eat can be. But I had eaten good food for breakfast & lunch. Combated this by: •having one extra snack (yogurt & sunflower seeds) •having my psyllium husk earlier •drinking water •a nice cup of tea •keeping busy.
I am really trying to be diligent. I made date loaf for my family. Sugar free but I made a caramel glaze for the top that wasn’t. Even there, in the past I would taste (because I cook by taste!) but I didn’t even lick my fingers. I know if I eat carbs or sugar now I will set back my ketosis progress.
