16wks5days pregnancy: yesterday i was walking around the yard and the block with my 4yo boy. From 1-7pm. My heels and knees are in agony. They were worse yesterday, better today but needing lots of rest. Tomorrow making a cake of dirt and worms for my oldest 11th bday. We are going to a trampoline park for the party. never been to one before!! I know i cant jump, but the kids will definitely enjoy it!!

in the past i used to worry about severly over-doing it with bdays, but i literally have no appetite for unhealthy food like this and content with small servings. so, that's a plus

I feel you, my almost 2 year old has me outside literally all day walking around and going to the park. It’s exhausting but it’s better for them than being inside all day 🤷🏼‍♀️ have so much fun (watching) at the trampoline party!☺️

Thanks Ash, yes. I dont look forward to 3rd trimester swelling of the feet. But! Alll the walk is good exercise. I have compression socks. It takes both me and my husband to get em on.

I miss trampoline parks!!! I should go to one. Happy birthday to your 11 year old. I hate working out, so kiddie activities may be more for me than workouts on days when I have the energy, plus other fun things that make you forget it’s exercise!
