May I ask what your diet consists of? Cause this looks like a nutrient dense meal and its your cheat meal?😁

@Soundman18, so my diet is low fat (80g per day), moderate carbs (200g) and high protein (150g). The reason this was a cheat meal was because the shortribs were extremely fatty, threw me entirely off my daily fat limit of 80g😩
