It's the day before the night before Christmas. Three presents left to wrap and grocery shopping to do but not too bad. Today will be more of a challenge for work so pray for my brain cells. New priority project came up for Medicare so have to get it right and it's new to me...
Getting ready for coffee #1 and will probably have it all day...interspersed with a ton of water to keep the brain cells working.
Got 6400 steps yesterday. I'll keep the goal at 6000 for a few days and then bump to 7000 probably over the weekend or Monday. Little bits at a time...
