last year around this time my period was a week late and now I'm breastfeeding a almost 4 month old. all the best. I hope that you feel better soon

My period is also late this month. Along with a lot of other women. Like ... what it going on.

Mine is always 3-4 days later than what my period tracker says it should be. Stress can also cause your period to be delayed. Sometimes, I'll drink warm beverages and put a hotwater bottle on my tummy. I feel like it brings the period faster, but also 90% convinced it's me convincing myself that it would work out 😅

Change of diet can cause a late period as well because that is what happened to me as I was 6 days late. I did mention to my doctor of the delay in my period and he did state that due to change in my diet it will affect the nutritional value used to give you your period or something like that🙏🤗🌹
