Shrimp with Alfredo sauce, 2 oz parm cheese melted with a little chicken broth. Nice. I'm so lazy today and I've got things to do before the rain comes. Hopefully, this gives me a second wind!

Nice. At first, I thought it was mayonnaise. I know, that sounds disgusting, but i used to live in Japan, and there was a restaurant that served mayonnaise shrimp, and it was amazing!

I was lazy part of the day yesterday. Trying to catch up with things today.

LaineAndTheDog shrimp is the easiest thing ever to cook! Here's the trick, if they are frozen raw, make sure you get them without the shell and cleaned. Tail is fine. You can also get them pre-cooked and all you need to do is thaw them or put in boiling water for a few minutes. Just don't over cook. If you have raw shrimp, saute in butter or what ever till they turn white. It's pretty fast. That's it!

*about my comment about shrimp being hard—I didn’t know they were frozen. I love to use frozen stuff too lol.

laineAndTheDog you can only buy frozen shrimp here. It's very good. I'm not by an ocean, and if I was , those legs and tentacles creap me out lol

Jenjabba, surprisingly they sell fresh seafood where I live even though I’m not by an ocean, clearly. Interesting. But that looks great.
