It's been a tough week for routine. Three dentist appt. so far and one tomorrow. I am not good at adapting my routine to change. It's weird because in my job, I have to adapt and re-prioritize constantly and I am really good at it. in my life, I just slog along doing the same thing at the same time every day! Any disruption causes a system shut-down.
As a result I have not been keeping up with exercise and eating is a bit off. I do not think I am overeating, just weird bits of things. A little white rice, a little biscotti, frozen yogurt for lunch. Not exactly balanced....
Watched the film: Marley and Me last night. Why? I knew what happens in the end-and I knew how I would react. Jennifer Aniston is usually enough for me to not want to see a film but Owen Wilson is one of my crushes, and it's about a dog.... I should have gone to bed. Instead I bawled myself to sleep. I have lived through that last scene 6 times and I relived all of them last night. On a lighter note, on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the world's worst dog, my Beast scores an 11. Marley is an angel compared. The Beast is a nutty-nut-nut. Bloody Movie! Now I have to get a puppy and a farmhouse in Pennsylvania. And a newspaper column.
