calories have kinda slowly crept up to 2200 lately. no change on weight, so that's a good metric for burning and metabolism. making effort to increase fiber to 30g or more, hence the creep on the calories. hard to hit all the right numbers when keeping calories low. just can't really hit all the macros i need while being under 2000. at least right now i can't, maybe i'll figure out. i'm not taking psyllium husks for fiber due to high levels of lead in most of the products out there.
