James May’s fish pie from Oh Cook is surprisingly low in calories… fleshed out with some extra veg, was planning to try filo pastry as a lighter topping (experiment?!), but none available in the local supermarket so sticking with mash.

Forgot to add we do about half the fish grammage and replace with peas and corn so the kids don’t find it too fishy. Oldest loves prawns. 🦐
