I made a new salad! 🥗 It’s just lettuce 🥬 & cucumber 🥒 with olive oil! 🫒 Salt 🧂 & black pepper. 😊 This is so good for inflammation because my joints were really hurting. After I started this my knees and elbows feel so much better! 😁 Also it helps me lose weight for the summer! ☀️😘
