3-4 times a week I wake up 5;45am to go to the gym. I work out only 30-45 minutes at a time but I go hard as possibly can. Sacrifice myself to the pain knowing that after that 30 minutes it's over and I can go on with the day doing things that I love. I hate every minute of a workout, I wish i can take a pill keep my six pack, but I also know that the little sacrifice gives me more reward mentally and physically. It is no longer about a six pack but the feeling of strength, speed, power and the abilty to endure pressures is addictive, life becomes addictive. In everything in life, one must give his heart and soul, every ounce of energy to give the best one can. Sacrifice, giving once energy away fully is the only way to get back from life. Sacrifice is love, love is sacrifice. Love more, recieve more.
