I'm back and back on track!!

Gained a bit over the last few weeks/months. But am determined to loose it again!!
The goal is to loose 5kg's over the month of Jan.
And going well so far!

I eat 40% complex carbs and 40% lean protien (the extra bit is for fat).
And it works so well for me! My body thrives on Hake (fish) and chicken breasts!! Plus, the complex carbs gives me the energy needed for my running; while the protien helps with recovery.

I've dropped 1.9kg's since Monday. And although it's a bit too fast, I know that the 1st week usually goes this quickly.
I'm a bit slack here and there. But will have to pull up my socks next week to encourage the weightloss!
